Yes, I am a Housing First, First Follower. And the model comes from New York, but in fact that city has so much more in store and to offer for homeless people.
Listen to this 18 minute Podcast on Concern Housing in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Jim Mutton tells you all about this organization, that originally was created by homeless people and their families, and now houses thousands of people in that wonderful city.
Their building on Coney Island is awesome. Just on the beachside, with spectacular views and a Bagel Shop, Cyclone, run by people who live in that building. A new home for veterans since 2019.
